What is it?	Brief Description: What’s it about?
Details	Costs, food, parking, children, handicapped accessible, etc. (If you have a news release, you can paste it into this area.)
Where	Location/Venue – Must include the name of the place and the complete street address
When	Dates and times
Organization	How can the public get information about you? What is the name of the group putting on the event? Phone number for the public? What is your address? Is there a contact person?
Tickets	How can the public purchase tickets for this event? What forms of payment will you accept?
Private Contact Information	(just for GreatStuff staff) E-mail address, phone number – not for public release
